We have a variety of dining spaces that facilitate not just a pleasant dining experience but allow for quality fellowship over a shared meal.
We have four dining rooms available in various styles and sizes, suitable for private dining or communal events.
Individual guests and small day groups are also very welcome to eat and drink in the delightful on-site Orangery Tea Room which serves food and drink.
This historical dining room complete with original oak panelling has seating for up to 90 guests and an atmospheric feel with views opening onto Orangery Tea Room
The intimate dining experience of The Courtyard is more modern. With comfortable seating for up to 40 guests sitting adjacent to the courtyard and bar area.
Sustainable and fresh from the garden
It is our aim to provide the best fresh food daily and be more sustainable in what we put on the table. We grow and supply as much food as possible from the Kitchen Garden so our guests eat the healthiest, freshest meals possible.
The conservatory is a diner styled eating area with seating for up to 75 guests. Large booths and leather backed chairs provide comfort and patio doors provide an additional eating area outside courtyard.
The Cedar in an open canteen style dining room with seating up to 60 guests, it has a light and airy feel.
Visit the Orangery Tea Room for a fantastic cup of tea and some of the best scones in Sussex.
