Miles Irving

Who is Miles?

Miles Irving is among the UK’s most respected and well-known professional foragers. 

Miles developed an interest in foraging from a young age, going mushroom picking with his grandfather in Suffolk when he was six. This childhood passion later turned into a successful career. Irving founded and is the director of Forager Ltd, a company that has grown to source nearly 500 wild ingredients. He supplies foraged plants and ingredients to many renowned chefs and restaurants.
